- 2Get your session codeYour technician will give you a short code for this session.
- 3Start the sessionClick Start remote session below and enter the code. You may be asked to run a small file to allow the connection.
- 4Stay in controlYour technician can only see your screen while the session is open. You can end it at any time by closing the window.
