How to record Voice Mail Messages

Day Voice Mail Greeting
To record the day voice mail out going message, follow these steps:
- Dial * 71
- Dial 3
- Follow the voice prompts - remember 1 to Listen, 2 to Change and 3 to Save.
- Press 2 to change the outgoing message.
- Record your message, e.g. "Hi, we are busy with other callers, please leave your message after the tone."
- Press 2 to stop recording.
- Press 3 to save your new recording.
Night Voice Mail Greeting
To record the night voice mail out going message, follow these steps:
- Dial * 72
- Dial 3
- Follow the voice prompts - remember 1 to Listen, 2 to Change and 3 to Save.
- Press 2 to change the outgoing message.
- Record your message, e.g. "Hi, you have reached us outside normal business hours, please leave your message after the tone."
- Press 2 to stop recording.
- Press 3 to save your new recording.
Holiday Voice Mail Greeting
To record the holiday voice mail out going message, follow these steps:
- Dial * 73
- Dial 3
- Follow the voice prompts - remember 1 to Listen, 2 to Change and 3 to Save.
- Press 2 to change the outgoing message.
- Record your message, e.g. "Hi, we are closed for the holidays, please leave your message after the tone and we will return your call the next business day."
- Press 2 to stop recording.
- Press 3 to save your new recording.
Day Comfort Greeting
To record the day comfort greeting, follow these steps:
- Dial * 91 300 #
- Follow the voice prompts - remember 1 to Listen, 2 to Change and 3 to Save.
- Press 2 to change the outgoing message.
- Record your message, e.g. "Thank you for calling, please hold and we will be with you shortly."
- Press 2 to stop recording.
- Press 3 to save your new recording.
