26/02/2025 16:45 AWST Cloud PBX Services. The outage affecting some cloud PBX customers has been resolved. Should you still be experiencing difficulties we ask that you reboot your device. If there are still issues after the reboot please reach out to our support staff on 1300797428 or via email service@powernetworx.com.au Power Networx apologises for any inconvenience this outage has caused.
26/02/2025 16:40 AWST. Update 1 Engineers have identified the issue and are bringing services back on line. We can see telephones registering to the PBX and some successful test calls have been made. We will continue to monitor for any further issues. If your phone is still currently not working please reboot it.
26/02/2025 15:15 AWST. Some cloud telephone customers have reported an outage with regards to their telephone service. Engineers have begun investigating the root cause of the issue. Further updates to come. Power Networx apologises for any inconvenience this outage has caused
