PBX Outage - Services Restored
Customers who are still without telephone services are requested to factory default their telephones. You can do this by following the below procedure. Power Networx sincerely apologises for the inconvenience this outage has caused.
1. Pick up the telephone hand piece
2. Put the telephone hand piece back
3. Press and hold the OK button until the screen shows “Reset to factory setting?”
4. Press OK button
The telephone will reboot and service should be restored. Any issues please call Power Networx on 1300797428.
